Anytime you need a pharmacist that is friendly, helpful and informative, this is the place to go. The pharmacist here has a jolly persona, that can only come from a person that loves what they do! Never had a bad experience and I feel bad that I can’t remember his name but, i would never go anywhere else!!
I recently started using Radford Road Pharmacy about three months ago as they're much closer to me than my previous pharmacy as I moved from Sherwood to New Basford in January. They've always been really quick and easy to order my meds and dispense them. Great pharmacy, wonderful owner, will continue to use them for the future! ❤️
Been visiting this pharmacy a little while to pick up my meds. Today I was served by two women, the first one with long dark hair was absolutely lovely but when I asked the question if there was a way of finding out when my repeat prescription was ready for collection as I have to request it two weeks in advance from the DRs and then I have to pop in off the cuff and hope it's ready, the lady first serving me didn't know the answer and went to ask the women who has blonde hair in the back, I could hear the blonde woman moaning as to why I want to know because I'm picking up two months worth and as though I'm a nuisance and it's a stupid question to ask for asking and the brunette was explaining why I was asking. They both then came to till where the blonde lady asked me again, and I explained again why I was asking in a sweet voice the blonde woman then let me know that they were working on a text messaging service and that I could phone, the brunette lady was chipping in being kind, and they told me that I could find the number of the pharmacy on the label on my bag. It does not matter whether or not you think my question is unreasonable, you work for a pharmacist and you're dealing with people who are sick who are allowed to ask questions. If you don't like your job get a new one, You shouldn't be working in a place where people who are doing the hard thing of having to ask for help and are MEDICATION because they are struggling. A complete 180 from when I was first served there by the guy with mad crazy scientist hair (love the hair by the way) who told me that if my meds took a dark turn and I needed a crisis team I could return to the pharmacy for help, who also told me other things that he thought I should know, nothing like the blonde woman.
Do not use this pharmacy! My daughter was given the wrong dosage of medication which caused her to overdose. When we went in to complain the manager admitted to administering the wrong dose but was dismissive of the consequences and did not consider customer confidentiality or wellbeing. He was very arrogant and it is very concerning that this man Is practicing as a pharmacist. Extreme bad practice and appalling service.
Best pharmacy in Nottingham every single member of staff knows their regulars by face and name its such a welcoming place make you feel a little better when you not feeling so good. You can talk to them about anything.

Fantastic first time experience! GP was not available as usual to do a simple but very urgent prescription for my little one. Over the counter it would cost us roughly £10. I am so grateful to Charlotte at the Radford pharmacy. When I rang and spoke to her, she put me at ease by telling me that for the children, we could still get the treatment medicine for FREE.All she needed was just some basic information to complete. Thank you sooo much Charlotte - can't thank you enough! Best wishes!
The worst pharmacy I have ever seen. It is ( Open online) at 9:00 am, but when we go there it is still closed at 9:40 am. They are rude and incompetent. They are always making a mistake.
Lovely pharmacy, so helpful and kind! I have do deduct one as unfortunately they have been closing earlier as supposed to which was extremely stressful. Definitely needs improving! Really happy that I came across them and I would always suggest to pop in if need to get anything. Amazing customer service, never met better!
