Amazing Pharmaxy. The staff are so lovely and friendly. They will do the most to help you solve your issue. I had an infection in my eye and could not get in the doctor, the pharmacist was lovely and helpful. Gave me some eye drops and it cleared up my gooey eye in a few days. I’ll never go to another pharmacy! They’re very safe and quick.
hi to everyone who reads this review incuding all the staff at riverside pharmacy my name is craig sills id like to say that in my time with riverside pharmacy all the staff at riverside pharmacy have always given me the best and friendly service possible they have all been so very helpfull to me in all my issues they all have delt with all my issues really fast they have done all they said they would do to help me and me peraonaly id never ever wana use any other pharmacy but riverside its 100% amazing amazing staff and service no problems at all theres no other pharmacy better than riverside a big thank you to all the staff at riverside for all your help in my issues and for dealing with them so fast and for always being so nice and friendly its always a pleasure to visit riverside pharmacy
I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years now & I find the staff all absolutely amazing. The pharmacist is so lovely & is always so helpful. I am in there quite a lot so it's nice to see happy, caring & knowledgeable staff. I'd have given 10 stars if I could.
Warm, helpful, and quick service. No matter how busy it gets, they make every customer feel valued. A wonderful local pharmacy!
Rude and doesn’t know how to do their job. They don’t write things down. So when I went to collect the other half of my medication they kept asking if I paid I say yes I paid Friday and then they say it’s a £100 fine if you don’t pay. Like I said I paid so why mention it. She also asked if I mind if she checked my medication I said yes and she opened it then quizzed me on what medication I had already. Like you should know this if staff wrote some notes down 12/5/25- what is the point of having prescriptions sent down for them to not have it in. They had days to sort it out. Once again having to be told come next day. Tempting to change pharmacy as this is an occurring issue 13/5/25- waiting for my medication and they serve everyone else’s medication 20 minutes my partner waiting. But anyone on a scooter can get their medication first and even allowed to push in line. It beyond the joke now. I could have had my medication delivered to me quicker. Took 25 minutes for someone to ask what my partner is waiting for like really you served him ages ago and now asking what he’s waiting for. Waiting for you to do your job. And they still didn’t have my meds in. Not that hard to do a job In April 2025 I went to get my birth control 1 year supply. It’s now July and I check the expiry date and they expire September. Such an inconvenience and I’m not sure why they would want to waste birth control someone else could have used and given be better date when they next get delivered to them. It’s a shame they don’t check the dates on them before giving them out.
Cannot believe it doesn't open on a Saturday not a very good Service not to open at the weekend,,,,
would not recommend, had several emails and texts to get the flu jab because i am eligible to have one which i am.. booked and turned up then staff at the doors who went through the form i had to fill out on arrival tried to tell me i’m not eligible for the jab when i clearly am and have always been.. rude staff would not go here again
Every single time I go to pick up a prescription there are items missing, despite me ordering at least a week in advance. Not ideal having to keep returning when not in the best of health.
Absolutely ridiculous, had a message from NHS to get COVID booster, went online answered all the questions and booked an appointment. Arrived for the vaccine and they refused to give it. What a joke. Could not recommend, will never use again.
Staff are polite, quick and communicate clearly every time we need their assistance. I also had my 2nd covid jab here and it was a very positive experience as opposed to the one at the city hospital where I was treated just like a number. Riverside pharmacy staff actually listened to me, gave me their time and the lady was genuinely kind, calm and supportive. This whole covid thing vaccination took its toll on me but you helped me regain the faith in high standard health care and humanity. Thank you. And thank you for the volunteers, they were very welcoming and helpful. Bless them
