   Really poor service unfortunately. 6 staff shuffling papers and staring at a computer screen! All but one woman didn’t dare to even make eye contact with the customers. 6 staff to 4 customers.Took them 10 min to tell me they didn’t have my meds! Really weird experience! I wonder what was so fascinating on that computer screen!? Walked down to Boots. 5 min and I had my medicine. Wasn’t even pre-ordered. All customers in the queue were commenting how bad the service has become and I heard the same while waiting at my GPs. I hope the management team read this and do something about it. Such a cute and convenient pharmacy. Such a shame it’s in such a terrible state at the minute!

   I have been served by everyone on the team here and only of late where it's started to take a while but because they are inundated with scripts and customers expecting things there and then!! The staff have always been courteous to me and have seen me go through a mass off changes and go downhill steadily,yet never have they judged me!! You will be missed and will be a great lost!!

   Not great, was once left on hold 15 minutes, also went to get advice only to have staff read from the bottles on the shelf to me, the reliablity of prescription service is shaky.

   Overall it’s a great pharmacy, very friendly and efficient staff, and a good selection of on the shelf medication and various health related products at a decent price. Despite its small size it is an excellent asset to the local area.

   The other day went in but all their systems was down I had a lot of shopping and they saved my shopping behide the counter until I got back from cash machine. I thought that was very kind. In all services here are generally good here

   Always efficient, and have prescriptions ready when they say they will. Emily, one of the pharmacists, was exceptionally helpful after I mentioned I was taking my medicines abroad, as I didn't know one had restrictions, and she helped me to find the information I needed to apply for a license.

1. Physician Associate ★★★★★

   Great Pharmacy. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always able to sort you out when needed. Bonus is that there is a car park behind it or 30 mins free right in front. Plus open til 5.30pm on a Saturday.
