   Avoid Tesco Pharmacy – Rude and Unprofessional Manager Had an absolutely awful experience at Tesco Pharmacy. Went in to pick up medicine for my daughter, and the manager was beyond unhelpful—completely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting properly, they were yelling across the pharmacy like it was a market stall, making the whole experience uncomfortable and embarrassing. No courtesy, no respect, just pure attitude. If this is how they treat customers who are already stressed about getting important medication, I dread to think how they handle more serious situations. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to avoid as well.

   I went to the pharmacy to get my husbands blood pressure tablets I asked the shop assitant if they were in stock and she said yes but it will 30/40 minute wait . I explained that my husband was in the car after coming from the hospital after having chemotherapy so could you do it she said were really busy why dont you go to the one across the road . With prescription in hand i started to make my way to get some milk and it hit me why shouldnt they do it , So i went back to the pharmacy and said to the assistant have you no compassion my husbands terminally ill and you wont just spend the time to do it for me she said theres a queue when in fact there was no one so she reluctantly said yes and the pharmasist did it she asked me to confirm my address and shoved it at me . I wont ever go there again. Maybe if she was in a situation where a loved one had cancer she would have been more understanding

   Generally well stocked with over the counter medicines prescriptions are also processed highly efficiently weather once or repeat very helpful staff and pharmacist available for advice over many issues can often save a GP appointment.

   2 of the pharmacist are lovely and so helpful but they never answer the phone as they’re too busy but that isn’t helpful when you need to get them to return your prescription to get it urgently in Suffolk!

   This @@#$ pharmacy WERE informed that they had dispensed the WRONG STRENGTH of a MEDICATION of mine. The pharmacist told me he WOULD check in the records WHO had dispensed it AND that a thorough investigation would be carried out to make sure it wouldn't happen again? He also told me that he would contact me in 1/2 weeks...... WELL, I'M STILL WAITING AFTER ALMOST 2 MONTHS. BECAUSE OF SOME INCOMPETENT person the consequences for me could have been devastating!!!! I WILL NEVER USE A TESCO PHARMACY AGAIN
