Some people have to go to work that are picking up a prescription for someone so why is the pharmacy not open until 9.00am it doesn't make sense and not a fair system
Not very reliable was told they would deliver my insulin to me later in the day due to the urgency of the case and havnt heard from them or recived it im now havin to reli and use the insulin i have wich im allergic to until i get this new one
Fantastic work went to collect my son medicine and was straight in straight out reception lady was well mannered and respectful Thank you
Organised by the wonderful Oncology team at City Hospital, arranged on the phone with the pharmacy efficiently. My medication was delivered to me within the time frame stipulated. Friendly courier. Brilliant all round
Staff and public queuing together , long queue not moving very efficiently. A separate area / dispenser for staff and public could work more efficiently and create an better experience for patients. This is the case at other hospitals
