   David and the team are some of the most delightful and helpful people you could ever hope to meet and they go out of their way to help people. David even offered to drop my prescription off for me as we live close by which is above and beyond his job description. Even with huge queues, they always have a smile on their face and do their absolute best to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience.

   The staff at peak pharmacy are excellent. We have had some issues with our newborn and needed a specialist prescription. The medicine was difficult to get due to it having to be made in a lab) and they kept us informed about timelines and offered alternatives. They have shown customer service that goes above and beyond in my opinion. They are always polite and really like to help.

   Absolute rubbish experience today. Waited to be served and nobody could be bothered to even acknowledge me or other people waiting in the queue. There were 3 members of staff in there and only one was willing to serve at all and they got held up with a complex query from another customer. Her colleagues couldn’t be less interested. Pharmacist was clearly too important to interact with people either. Took my custom elsewhere.
