Such a dead pharmacy, no recommendations at all to come here, they’ll tell you to wait for script 20 min then ask for your name to get your script ready, absolutely no consideration to people’s times. RIDICULOUS SERVICE
Nice little chemist quiet and don't seem to have time for the customer
A great pharmacy, they are clearly over worked, but are always respectful and helpful.
The pharmacist in training Matt is an asset to this chemist. He seems to genuinely care, and goes above and beyond what anyone else does to ensure I have my meds.
Recently rang up about arranging a blister pack for my family member and the first person I spoke to didn’t seem to have a clue but I was directed to a lovely lady called Katie who had a lot of knowledge and knew exactly how to help, she went above and beyond to contact the doctors for me and arrange the prescriptions to get the blister packs made up for us. She then gave me a call back just a day later to say they were ready. Excellent service and a job well done!
It’s a miracle if you get through on the phone to them, but then I’ve been stood in the pharmacy itself and the phones are constantly ringing and no staff picks them up, just stood around eating and talking for ages. If something messes up, they automatically just tell you it’s the doctors fault and to sort it with them. You’re completely ignored upon entering, and the staff are rude and ignorant. Even though it’s their job to help you, you are made to feel like an inconvenience.
Apart from Marie who is THE most helpful I find the staff rude and ignorant. On entering the pharmacy, not even a hello. Customers are ignored for at least 5 mins and the staff make me feel that I am an inconvenience. No customer service skills whatsoever and I use the pharmacy regularly. But I do need to emphasise this review does not apply to Marie as she has helped me considerably in the past
Needed blister packs and delivery, refused both, gone to a new pharmacy Prescriptions4u, did both for free. no waiting around for these
I do like this pharmacy there so helpful and have lots of patience when dealing with there customers, just wish they would not change my perscription, but they are always happy and it's near to my doctors
