They’ve genuinely always been super speedy with my medication! The staff are always so kind and polite! One of the best pharmacies I’ve dealt with and I feel comfortable asking any questions to their team or pharmacist❤️
Won't pick up phone calls on Saturdays when they claim to be open
I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The staff were unpleasant and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. My GP had sent my prescription directly to them, and I went in the following day expecting to collect it — only to be told they didn’t have the medication in stock. To make matters worse, instead of ordering it immediately upon receiving the prescription, they waited until I came in person to ask if I wanted it to be ordered. This was a time-sensitive medication, something that should be taken seriously and processed with urgency. When I asked why they didn’t take any initiative, I was met with vague, dismissive responses and zero accountability. This level of carelessness and lack of basic customer service is simply unacceptable — especially when it concerns people’s health.
You need to update your website. It states you close at 12.30 on Saturdays, but when I arrived at just after 12.00 you’d already closed.
I suffer from mental health problems and they all know and treat me with respect and kindness. Highly recommend this chemist.

Limited stock on items I would like and closed early when I needed urgent prescription. Could see they were in there but ignored me and turned off the lights yet there was at least 5 mins left of opening hours
