   I've been getting my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy for over a year now. Not once has it been correct. Not because they can't get the meds, because I never get an owing slip or anything, so it must be pure incompetence! Every single time I have to get my Dr. to send through another prescription for whatever's missing. I have a heart condition and Diabetes, so my meds are literally life or death. Their mistakes have left me without meds more than once, for days at a time. I find it hard to believe their staff are supposedly trained professionals. You either need to hire new staff, or sort out the ones you have. I'm not surpirsed you have so many negative reviews.

   Awesome, helpful and friendly. Since covid and pharmacy first they have taken on so much extra workload, it's amazing how they gave coped and still kept such an amazing service. The only downside is some customers don't seem to realise how much work they have on. It doesn't cost anything to be kind and respectful.

   The pharmacist (didn't catch her name as she never introduced herself) was very unprofessional, not only did she not provide me with the same treatment she did my partner but she used Chat GPT to give medical advice! I can only assume she put in my medical history as the "advice" was catered to my situation, which I believe to be a breach of GDPR depending on what she actually put into the AI. She never announced she was using an AI software to give advice but also she never sanitized her hands once, phones are one of the most unhygienic things! There was no effort made to sanitize between patients (I understand not every time it'll need to be sanitize but if you're providing vaccinations it should be done in a sterile environment), nothing was wiped down! The overall cleanliness of the room wasn't satisfactory, dusty, floor was dirty and the desk was a mess.

   Be careful. Staff very lovely, but said I needed a certain vaccination for my holiday, when I turned out it was only an advisory. £95 out of pocket :(

   Friendly staff who are on first name terms with customers and they work with the Manor Surgery and to get prescriptions as fast as possible. They also answer any questions with full interest and that’s why I will use this pharmacy for the foreseeable.

   Waited a long time, then given incorrect information. When it was finally accepted that I was correct member of staff was rude, then sarcastic. I would recommed going to another chemist. There is one just a bit further up the road.

   Im a cancer patient on long term oncology medication that the chemist i was using at the time had ran out of ,n couldnt have cared less of the stress n outcomes for me , i googled chemists n went through the list , by time i got to these i was a blubbering wreck, the pharmacist calmed me down and went out of his way to try n resolve the problem (manufacture problem) , he came up with a solution, n frankly out of the MANY pharmacist i called that afternoon was the only one to show me any humanity, i moved me and my son from the one i was using to these and they look after us both very well

   i have recently changed to this pharmacy, and used their services three times. I find them friendly, polite, and really helpful with the problem I faced. May their keep their working methods for as long as they continue. I have full confidence in the staff.

   I echo the point about the female pharmacist - I have been a customer here for more than 20 years. The kindness, professionalism and efficiency from the past seems to have waned recently. The delivery of prescriptions has also become less polite and efficient. A time to take stock I’d say.
