   I’m very disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy. After waiting five days for my prescription, I was informed that it had never been ordered in the first place. What made the situation worse was the poor customer service — there was no apology or sense of accountability for the delay. This lack of communication and care is extremely frustrating, especially when it involves medication people rely on.

   There is no doubt in my mind this is the worst pharmacy possibly in the world. Nothing is ever ready even after days of waiting the assume we all want to wait and go shopping. It’s either severely understaffed or just poor mgt. Rude and inconsistent service !

   Refused to sell me Nurofen plus for severe period cramps, as a result I am unable to function. Do NOT use this pharmacy, the pharmacists are rude and unhelpful.

   Lovely pharmacy, everyone who works there is kind and helpful. Always prompt when I order prescriptions, and give good advice and instructions regarding jabs. Great job to this pharmacy, best service I've received.

   Disgrace of a pharmacy and the pharmacist you have had on today should be struck off due to the lack of care he had for a old people's home which needed some stock which another pharmacy was happy to trade with but apparently he will not do that as he has been a pharmacist for 22 years or something. He is a joke and I will be reporting him further as he need sacking for how rude he was on the phone to this care home and the other pharmacy ......... never ever using you again.

   The service at Tesco Pharmacy Beeston is getting worse week upon week. I recommend you go elsewhere if you are after a sameday service. As you will be lied to and told to manage your expectations, as they have thousands of prescriptions daily.

   Google search open till 10:30pm on Sundays. Needed a Pharmacy to get hydrocortisone for my wife who had been bitten and the bites become inflamed. Wasted journey, closed when I arrived at 10pm.

   My son in Uni asked them to order a particular medication brand which he cannot be without and they told they ordered it and then on the day he was meant to collect told him it’s not the same brand so he had to desperately start calling other pharmacies. Absolutely joke if a pharmacy doesn’t understand that if a GP has requested a certain brand there is reason for it.
