Can't belive all the stupid reviews on here, My wife has a terminal illness requires lots of medication and wells pharmacy have been really helpful, good opening hours and have medication that palliative care nurses have recommend. Yes they are busy at times, and sometimes you have to wait, but I'd rather they take their time and dispense accurately, and no they don't stock everything under the sun, but will always order it if required. If the staff are occasionally grumpy then I not surprised if they have to deal wigh some of the people leaving reviews on here!

Impossible to get through on the phone and not because they’re busy I’ve actually sat in there and watched them completely ignore the phone. Plus they don’t rush to do repeat prescriptions and good luck if you’re walking in with a prescription, you’re looking at waiting at least half an hour on a day that the shop is empty. Useless avoid if possible.

I have been to many countries. The stupid system of not having the medications on stock , is the vision and mission for this pharmacy.5days ago there’s an electronic prescription for common drug for atorvastatin, but it’s not available in the pharmacy, or they can’t give. Horrible staff without any patient safety orientation.

More often than not they don’t have what you need in stock :-( I would say’s it’s worth ringing up to see if they are open as they do have staff shortages but very often they don’t answer the phone but yet they are actually open (yes I know it can be busy) The main pharmacist and staff here are really helpful and friendly but when they get in temporary staff in they are just not as helpful.

A joke really. Shelves are barely stocked, always a long wait, always some kind of issue too. I was in collecting a prescription yesterday that was half fulfilled about a month ago. If parking in the underground car park you cannot access the pharmacy as they've decide the door into the wider health ctr is for staff use only. So if entering through the car park a person needs to walk across to the exit on the far corner of the building, furthest away from the pharmacy, walk across the front of the building and re-enter the pharmacy off Albert Street instead. A sign on the counter proclaims adherence to GDPR whilst staff shout out names and ask for confirmation of addresses in a shop with people queuing before passing items to 'customers. ' Not somewhere I feel customers are held in a high regard. Not at all.

We have had positive experiences from here, but equally bad. When I visit (depending who's on) we can have a superb service. Recently on the phone it's been rude and terrible. Being told nothing can be done and we'll have to wait for the GP the next day (not 5 minutes later ASDA LE Pharmacy asked us to bring my child in to check at 9pm. The pharmacist had a look and recommended calling a Dr straight away for antibiotics). Quite a contrast when only one company's primary business is healthcare!!! This pharmacy doesn't seem to be learning lessons (or has any jnterest in improving).

Never answer the phone,so after 2 hours of trying to get through I travelled there, as others closed, only for the man to shut the door in my face! Then I am faced with a sign saying they are closed for half an hour. This closure is not on the information online. If they have staffing issues perhaps they could explain it in the sign, on the web page and especially on the answer phone message!!!!!
