Disappointing. Don’t answer phone Slow service Large queues No matter how many days you wait after your prescription they still won’t have it ready and force you to wait half an hour This is very frustrating because I simply don’t have time whilst at work to wander around merrily at Asda - but can I call ahead to plan a pick up? Nope. Because they don’t answer the phone. I’m not sure what the problem is and I’m sure the staff are overstretched but it’s very poor from a customer POV

There seems to be lots of awful reviews on here so thought I’d share my experience. The lady that is usually on the pharmacy counter (older lady with short hair, sorry I don’t know her name but want her to be recolonised), is really great. She’s always really helpful, polite and tells me how long my prescription will be to save me standing around. I went in Saturday for a private prescription, after Tesco trying to charge me over £100, I went to Asda as I know it’s cheaper, and got it for around £80, big difference when you pay each month. She checked it was in stock for me, and I had the prescription within 20 mins. Very quick compared to other pharmacies. I have also been there at times when it has been super busy with about 6-10 people queuing, getting annoyed and being rude. Herself and the rest of the team still remain polite and you can see they are working as quick as they can. I recommend this pharmacy and will keep going back, you may have to wait for prescriptions but that’s normal everywhere.

Worst pharmacy I could possibly imagine a prescription gets put in over a week ago but some how they still don't have it ready and you have to wait 20 mins-40 mins everytime for a prescription it's actually unreal and half the time ya stood there while there all standing there chatting away blaitently looking at you but ay don't let me stop ya convo to do ya job your sat on the desk for pure joke.

Staff are lovely, takes a while to talk to someone and a while to collect medication. Whenever I've been it's because my local is closed as I see out of hours often for infections. Usually they don't have my tablets so I end up going back again. Not reliable. Also I asked about getting liquid antiseptic once and he was asking about what allergies I need it for? In the end we worked out he thought it was antihistamines! So not trained well

rudest staff most unhelpful, unable to locate anything what so ever, ladies don’t know how to use the systems and try speaking to you from the back room when there children screaming next to me and music playing through the intercom especially whilst it’s about medication most disgusting interaction of my life whilst at a pharmacy, after dashing from one pharmacy to another, thought they would be a tiny bit more helpful but clearly not. can understand why they don’t wear name badges

Helpful and friendly staff, helped to sort out problem prescription that boots in Sandiacre wouldn't deal with and were rude. Usually have most things in without too much of a wait. Some things occasionally have to be ordered in. Would recommend.

Friendly service. Couldn't fulfill my full prescription, but said I could come back anytime from tomorrow to collect, which is fine for me. Also got some covid tests to take home.

Rang as needed a prescription filling no one else had, the lay checked and put the last one aside for me to come in and collect

Really disorganised, staff keep changing most of them don't seem to know what they are doing and others are down right rude, wouldn't recommend.
