Very friendly and efficient. I called in to the Wolverhampton depot to ask for advice on a chipped windscreen. 30 minutes later the screen was repaired. Great job.
Dreadful service. Took my husbands car in for a full windscreen replacement due to a crack-they replaced it. Only once it rained did we realised it leaked awfully! Literally water pouring in. Booked it in for a replacement AGAIN. despite an email confirming the booking for 1.30 I was told when I arrived at 1pm that the appointment was actually 12.30. Still sat waiting at 3.30pm-spoke to manager who was very dismissive. I told him I was only back because they didn’t do the job in the first place-lots of sighing and shoulder shrugs. They basically don’t care about the inconvenience they have caused or the lack of customer service. When I bought up the email appointment confirmation time being wrong he said ‘il raise it but its never happened before’. He was the epitome of couldn’t care less. AVOID AVOID AVOID
This review is not even worth one star! My window screen was repaired on the 19th June and somehow the technician managed to crash my car into a fence on my drive. Pictures are attached. Following the incident I received no courtesy call from the manager - I had to call them to see what was going on. It is now the 18th July and my car which is un drivable is still sat on my drive and no contact has been made to arrange repairs. After numerous calls to chase the manager Shaun is the most un helpful person I think I have ever spoken to. He has no interest in helping and is now saying he cant contact customer service as they have no telephone number ….really?? So there is nothing he can do! Next stop area manager as Shaun cant be bothered. Stay clear from this company if you don’t want problems.

James came out to us today to repair the windscreen on our company van. He was really professional and did the job very quickly and properly. Highly recommend these guys!
Great service! Easy to find and friendly staff they only thing that let it down was the customer waiting area was uncomfortable and pretty dark, even with the lights on
The guys at Wolverhampton were very professional and really nice fellas. Unfortunately the job in my opinion was not done as well as could've been. I called auto windscreens explained that the the side panels had gaps and was not flush as should be. They sent out a chap who explained to me it will never look as it did, so what about the gap, so he says it's fine. I don't see how a gap looks fine on the side panel of a windscreen.it was either argue with the guy or call it a day. I chose the latter. Overall not a great experience.
Got there early & car was started on start away. Took an hour to replace rear door window & excellent job done. All broken glass cleared up. Nice waiting area which was fully sanitised too.
