   Went in to purchase a non-prescription, over the counter medication. I have purchased the medication required previously from here. Despite not being asked my symptoms, I was refused the medication being told I needed to see a GP for a very simple ailment. Obviously GP appointments are sparce and the issue certainly didn't require wasting a precious spot with the Doctor. I left, walked into a close by pharmacy and after going through my symptoms was given the medication with no issues. Just to be certain I then went into another pharmacy close by who also would have sold me the medication. Customer service here needs major improvement. I should have known better really as it's not the first time I've had issues with attitude here

   Ok I read resent reviews my experience was opposite after the doctors messing my proscription ,the phamarcy advised me what I needed to do and help in reducing costs . Great service and friendly staff.

   Awful service I went to pick up my prescription sed it wasn't there so I rang my doctor they sed it was there so told them iv just rang the doctors and the horrible woman there had a go at me so I went to the doctors and got a token to prove it should be there. Then probably because I proved her wrong she went in the back and sed come back tomorrow to get them. They also close at 1 till 2 and don't open Saturday. They seem to think they are more qualified then the doctors. Would advise any body not to go there!!!

   Very disappointed with this pharmacy of late. They tend to keep you waiting in the shop as all staff in the back. I had been waiting so long one evening I walked out and went to Harts. Arrived this morning to collect a prescription only to be told they could not release it as the pharmacist wasn’t in. They cannot dispense prescription between 1 and 2 as pharmacist on lunch and they are not open on Saturdays. Time for change for us I’m afraid.

   I didn't even want to put one star, all staff members are lovely apart from one Elena Cruz. Who has changed my whole concept of this pharmacy, she is quick to raise her voice at customer and is very unprofessional in the way she talks and treats customers. Had nothing but disrespect from her today, had a mix up with my prescription and wanted a refund because they prescribed and charged me for the wrong item. Laughed in my face and refused my refund. After speaking to the manager the situation was quickly resolved but her customer service skills are shocking. Avoid hucknall manns pharmacy at all cost!
