I would not recommend this accommodation. Mould in various rooms, dirty, noisy neighbours and damaged windows. When making contact with the Property Management team they were responsive and did offer a partial refund. I would have liked a full refund due to the conditions and price.
The one good thing i can say about this apartment is the location. Everything else is pretty horrendous. It was really really dirty and stunk a lot. Especially nice were the leftovers like hair, food and other stuff from the previous tenants. If you're a fan of mold than it's your place too stay. But look for yourself. Pictures say more than words.

worst arpartment (mould booth) I've ever had to stay in. The apartment stinks of mold and even after our forced stay I was able to dispose of my backpack because it was so stinky. Do not stay here.
Just sleep on the street. Searching for something nice in Belfast? Don't take this place. This place ist not even suited for a £5 stay. You get mold everywhere, can't close the backdoor and everything is dirty. Don't think about using the promoted appliances from the pictures. The kettle is dirty as hell. Even the coffee is moldy. Don't get me started on the bathroom. I have never seen this much mold in a room anywhere. Even the doors are molding through. Not even the blankets get washed at all. You get yellow stains on it. Only good thing is, you won't fall over, because the floor ist so sticky.
Great apartment just outside the city centre with lovely bars, restaurants etc within easy walking distance.
Everything was perfect, except for the check in and check out times. Because the check in start at 4 p.m. (too late) and the check out at 11 a.m. (too early). The apartment itself is really good. And the place is near the city center.
Small but perfectly formed. Comfortable beds and seats for us three. Spar, pubs,cafe and pizza place all within 5 mins walk.
