Wilsons Pharmacy in Draycott provides an excellent service by a friendly and professional staff. Nothing is too much trouble for Jane and Martin always provides a friendly welcome.

Rude, abrupt, cold. For a Pharmacy, the lack of empathy is amazing. They leave you standing for 30+ mins without communicating to you in any way when "sorting" your medication. Then look at you with disdain when you come back later in the day, because they have given you someone else's severely strong and dangerous medication. Never again.

Good chemist but seriously annoying that they close for an hour at lunch, I dont know any other chemist anywhere that does this and there's at least 3 staff there so why they do it is beyond me.
