The doctors and staff are polite and helpful. Also they have saved my life more than once. So lucky to have them
The most unhelpful surgery with disrespectful and irresponsible doctors that I have had the misfortune to have to use due to where I live. An example is they made a phone consultation appt for me at their request, yet the Dr never called. To get another appt now I will have to wait over a month only to probably to be let down again.The Dr who did not bother to keep the appt is in details below. Dr Titford has been amazing on every interaction with him. I’ve seen him for both my grandfather and my son and his care and professionalism have been outstanding both times. An absolute asset to the surgery. It’s not often in my experience to find a Dr so well mannered and adaptable to the patient and I can not thank him enough for his care.
After moving from Bristol where I waited 4+ weeks for appointments, I’m really impressed with the quality of care I have received at Ashburton Surgery. It’s really easy to arrange appointments, often in the same week/day. The staff are always very helpful too.
