   Charlotte is great - I had never had acupunture before but after being recommended by family I thought I’d give it a go (I have Alopecia which is often caused by underlying stress/an auto-immune response). It didnt miraculously solve the alopecia, but I wasn’t expecting it to in just a few weeks. What it did contribute to was a feeling of calm - like I was in control of my mood and energy. I felt like I was recharging through January rather than the usual energy sap of the shorter days. It is always impossible to pinpoint exactly what is contributing to what but as someone who has never had acupuncture before - if I ever feel out of whack I will be booking again. Thank you Charlotte for listening and dealing with my questions about which point is the ‘super boost mode’.

   Charlotte was amazing and worked wonders with my 3 year old daughter. She’d had a lingering cough that we just couldn’t get rid of for months and after just 3 appointments with Charlotte her cough has completely gone. Charlotte was so lovely and created such a fun and relaxed environment for the treatments - my daughter warmed to her immediately and kept asking me if we could go back again! I’ll definitely be taking her back again if she has any health problems in the future. Highly recommend.

   When I first approached Charlotte for some treatment I was feeling that it was very much the last resort as much previous conventional treatment on the NHS had not really helped my exceedingly painful long term tennis/golfers elbow and the chronic pain was getting me down. The treatment that Charlotte delivered has far surpassed my expectations and my elbow is so much improved. I am so grateful for this as living with the chronic pain was debilitating and depressing. Charlotte has also been able to help me with other problems I had been experiencing like chronic insomnia and anxiety. Charlotte is professional and I look forward to the sessions which are highly relaxing and definitely helping me through some tricky times. If you have any doubt about having this type of treatment then rest assured that Charlotte is an excellent therapist and I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone.

   I contacted Charlotte after looking on Google for an acupuncturist locally, specialising in migraines. After reading a number of testimonials on her website, it felt like I had found the right person to ask for help. I contacted Charlotte when migraines were seriously impacting my quality of life. They were almost daily, I could barely function and I was desperate for someone to help. I had tried acupuncuture once or twice before, but not for migraines. Communication with Charlotte has always been friendly, helpful and professional. Migraines are so deeply personal, what works for one person doesn't always work for another, so there are no miracle cures. However, Charlotte has consulted with me at every turn and soon had mine under good control. Working with Charlotte has helped me tune into my triggers with more confidence and make simple adjustments to manage them. In the meantime, she has also worked regularly on a severe back injury and considerable sciatica, with lasting, positive effects. I highly recommend speaking to Charlotte if you are interested in receiving acupuncture.
