   I had a booked appointment and my experience was incredible so supportive. My parents had explained they had a poor service from another provider. They booked both my parents in there and then. The support for quite complex eyes, was brilliant, they showed and listens to concerns with our judgement. Above and beyond the staff were incredible, especially Carly the optition.

   Carly Hickman is the best optician I’ve ever used. She is knowledgeable, kind and explains clearly what has been found and why she is referring us. She highlighted an issue which led to a diagnosis of MS in our eldest daughter and got our youngest referred to the eye clinic with a similar problem that is still being investigated, but is not MS. She referred me to prevent narrow angle glaucoma. I had surgery and follow up every 6 months with the eye clinic. I am so grateful to her and the lovely staff at the Tesco Extra store. I’ve been a customer for over ten years because we get great care. Thank you Carly!

   Amazing optician, listened to all My concerns and put my mind at rest and was very through with everything. The lady who helped me choose my new glasses was so nice and honest about what suited me. Also it is nice to be able to have a payment plan for glasses as they can be very expensive.    I Went in to this team of people for a contact lens prescription. They were all absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful! I haven’t worn lenses for about 20 years and was a little concerned. However they put me at ease and I am looking forward to trying the lenses out. I have opted for a monthly option which works out cheaper that the dailies!

   One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. I was seen straight away with no waiting. The lady who checked me in and did my pre sight checks was genuinely friendly and professional. The Optician was polite, professional, friendly and very helpful. I can not recommend highly enough.

   Today I had my eye test in the Lee Mill branch and the lady was outstanding. I had to take my 2 year old with me and I was worried that would be an issue. However the lady was so patient, and even let my daughter watch the screens and try on the glasses. This, along with the good value for money, and the way I was treated today has made me a very happy customer. Excellent customer service and the kindness of the lady going above and beyond, is very much appreciated.

   I was informed that my glasses needed to be exchanged due to an error in the quality of the lenses. Unfortunately the frames I had are no longer available,so I would need to choose another pair. These were dearer than the original ones so unfortunately I would need to pay another £40! Then I was informed that the insurance was also dearer and I would be required to pay the difference. When I refused the assistant was adamant that it out of their hands ,but eventually agreed to deduct the Di from the bill. I don’t really think I should of had to pay anything as the error was made by specsavers, and not my fault that the frames are no longer available. .Not sure I would go to that particular branch again

   Best staff ever. I had a bleed on my retina that they found, they referred me to the REI immediately and my GP. The GP was a waste of time but REI saw me in a few days. Treatment started within 2 weeks and sight saved in my eye. Plus the staff are so helpful and friendly every time I visit, highly recommended. First class service throughout from all staff.
