It works every part of your body with no stress on your joints. You can do as much as you are able & she shows different adaptable moves. The class was really full with lots of lovely ladies of all ages but I think men would also really benefit too! I couldn't believe how many calories I burned in 45 mins! CAMHS are possibly the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing and I went to see Youth Intervention for my daughter. They care. They don’t see your child as just a number or just another appointment they have to rush though because they are behind they actually want to help the young people that are struggling. I know it’s not a free service but in my opinion you get what you pay for. If you want the best for your child then use Youth Intervention. They really will help. Kerry and Mollie, thank you for all you do. You don’t just do what is expected you go above and beyond for the young people. You are amazing.”
