   Today I was made to wait 20 min for the pharmacist to give me my medication witch takes 1 min to hand over as an emergency 1 off as I had to attend a appointment in Plymouth 12miles away and won't be back in Ivybridge in time b4 it shuts the worker is called miss Abs completely unhelpful and very unwilling to seek help from shift leader . Today I attended the pharmacy was told that I'm being kicked out of the pharmacy dew to being aggressive towards staff (LIES) I WILL BE REQUESTING CCTV BE REVIEWED IN THE COMPLAINT IM GOING TO B3 MAKING AGAINST THEM . THEY ALSO CLIAM I WAS PLAYING MUSIC AGGRESSIVE HOW ??? THERE REASON TO KICK ME OUT WILL BE CHALLENGE AND CCTV WILL BE USED TO PROVE THE STAFF HERE LIE. In reply to you want to report that on request for your CCTV to be reviewed has i have nothing to be worried about as I wasn't aggressive or rude to staff at all so dont worry with your cctv recording but on informing the pharmacist was then told that your CCTV WAS FAKE ...AND THAT NHS DOSENT CARE FOR THERE SAFETY. I told him I didn't believe that as if they had no cctv with shoplifting so common again he said it was true . So to get your response to my review and informing you of my intentions for a complaint to read that cctv can be review so witch is it ??? Dose work or does not .ONLY SOMEONE WHIT SOMETHING TO HIDE WOULD COVER UP ACCESS TO CCTV. I DONT HAVE TO WORRY AS I KNOW WOT MY ACTIONS WHERE BUT CLEARLY SOMEONE ELSE AT DAY LEWIS IS SCARED OF BEING PROVEN A LIER

   After my partner sharing a bad review hes now been banned from the chemist ? How is that fair, there is other bad reviews on here , have they all been banned also? Attempted to contact directly instore, Informing pharamist that a formal complaint would be made regarding this, and stating we would like cctv to be reviewed to be informed they dont work,? I find this very hard to believe that cctv in a chemist dont work.

   This place is a joke and very unprofessional and the waiting Time for trying to buy A single item due to the staff members having a joke and a laugh together and not even saying, oh we’re just be a minute making you stand there for nearly 20 minutes then when there’s two tills available to get served with a single item they just walk away , when you want to speak to the pharmacist The till operative wants to know the in-depth details of what’s wrong which you don’t wanna disclose with them because sometimes it’s a private matter and you don’t want to random person to know about it Avoid at all costs if you can

3. On My Doorstep ★☆☆☆☆

   Very disappointed. Do not trust as a pharmacy. I feel that certain staff don't know there jobs. After 1 week of requesting from GP and day lewis receiving my prescription I went to collect.They looked on there computer and said they had not received It. I contacted my GP and they had proof they had. The health centre contacted the pharmacy only to be told that 1st maybe it was a surname issue, which It wasn't as I confirmed it when I was at the pharmacy. 2nd that i had already collected it, WHAT!. I sometimes forget things but really... That was two lies to try to cover there mistake. After hearing this i returned the following day and surprise surprise they found the items and said maybe the paperwork was mis filed... it's not hard is it. Now moved to pharmacy up the road. I would advise the same as I feel collecting pills is a very serious matter and should not be stressful.......RANT OVER........

   Absolute Joke- Took me ages to find hand sanitiser on the shelves, only to get home to find it wasn't hand sanitiser it was wound spray? The shelves were not stacked properly and it still stated hand sanitiser on the shelve. Tried to exchange, but refused as this is classed as 'medication' - if it wasn't in the wrong place to begin with then I would have never purchased it (the bottles were exactly the same)!
