Boots in a town house? It works though. Thoughtfully arranged and polite staff

brilliant little pharmacy, with friendly and knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to help, always feel confidence in advice given, not a huge selection of products as shop is small, but all the most essential items are available at aa fair price

They told me it was illegal for them to sell me Emla cream for a tattoo…making up that it was against the law… I researched and found it wasn’t and they still refused sale. “No, it is not illegal for pharmacies to sell Emla cream for use with tattoos in the UK” - they had already decided they were going to refuse sale even if there were no legal obstacles…very disappointing

Popped in to collect a first time prescription this afternoon and I cannot thank Nik enough! He was so informative, caring and sensitive, even though it was right at the end of the day/near closing time. Not only did he assist with when to take the medication, but also talked to me about pre-payment options. This is all very new to me, so I had no idea. An asset to the pharmacy. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking how this pharmacy has gone down hill. The assistant is so rude! They dont answer their phone and after waiting in a queue for more than 10min, get told with an attitude that they can't do the prescription as they close in 6 minutes! They use to be so helpful and friendly, will find another pharmacy to use in the future!

Friendly service, only a small pharmacy so not a lot of range in products

This Branch is very small but always good service and staff are more than willing to order in from other stores. The pharmacy is good - staff friendly and informative. Down side is that there is little choice (but as I said they will order in if asked) and there's no parking so it's a gamble if you need to park.

Only went here for a flu jab but the staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole process only took a few minutes. The shop itself is very small so not a very big selection of products. Right next to the doctors so good for prescriptions but parking is a bit of a nightmare around here, especially school pick up times.

very friendly and professional pharmacy. I have been coming here for years and the both the support staff and the pharmacists have always been courteous, helpful and able to give appropriate information. I am not sure who the previous reviewer is referring to, but I have interacted with five different pharmacists over the years and all of them have been good. It can get busy at times but if you avoid the usual rush hours (early morning, late afternoon), then it is fine.
