Truly hard working and caring people. I've lost count of the number of times they have helped myself, as well as my parents. They have, so often, made incredibly hard situations that much more bearable. And they're nice people too!
This is a wonderful chemist and a real asset to our town. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the pharmacist is happy to offer advice and reassurance when needed. Postal prescription services may be necessary for some people but there is no substitute for good old fashioned personal service so if you can use and support Modbury Pharmacy please do. We would all be lost without them.
My repeat prescriptions weren’t ready as only put them in yesterday but after a quick & thoughtful chat about my needs & a short wait whilst it tipped down outside they managed to sort it all out. Great service again! Thank you.
Very friendly staff and always ready to listen and help with any questions or queries. They are a very busy Pharmacy and I would like people to understand and be respectful to the staff who at times are under pressure. There are times when certain medications are difficult to come by and this is no fault of the pharmacy but a sign of the times. As a local we must respect our staff, be patient and know they are doing their best. A Thank you and smile ho a long long way. We need our Pharmacy.

Comparatively good , however the relatively NEW young assistant seems to have a condescending and superior attitude towards customers. She freely talks with other members of staff including the “on site Pharmasist” in a personal and condescending manner about customers whom have just left the Chemist and even customers waiting for medication etc..This is wholly unacceptable,. A pharmacist is supposed to be perhaps a first point of contact/advice not to mention confidential in conjunction with your GP....This young lady needs to learn Respect !!
