Great school uniform supplies shop. Parking is limited. Being as its in the centre of bath. Be better if they made uniform avaialable online for new schools just opened a bit quicker for those who live over an hour away - plus the clean air zone charges for some vehicles to visit the store (as its within the zone) are off-putting. But if you call the store they are more than helpful, DON'T email with orders/queries as these tend to be missed. Overall a nice store with diligent staff.

I can say that the service in this store is really bad. When kids try on clothes and want to change their size. Take the clothes off my hands right now. It's impossible to understand how this shop survives in the civilized city of Bath.

I am being generous giving a one star! From the moment we went in the staff ignored us when the werenβt particularly busy. When we asked questions we were made to feel stupid and as if we were being a nuisance. It was an older lady that βservedβ us and her attitude and work ethic was appalling. My daughter is autistic and this was a really difficult thing for her to have to do and it wasnβt helped by staff that frankly couldnβt have cared less. We were choosing a secondary school uniform for her and wanted to get it right and make it as easy as possible for her but sadly our experience was not a good one. I would never return there if it wasnβt the only shop to sell the uniform she needs.

Having read quite a few very negative reviews about Scholars of Bath, I am able to report that my experience today, when I took my grandson in for his school uniform was nothing but positive. Despite there being quite a few people already in the shop, we were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the manager. She advised, assisted and prompted in a friendly and knowledgeable way throughout. She was happy to fetch different sizes and offer advice and we never felt rushed or pressured. My grandson's comment to me as we left the shop was 'She was nice...'

The assistant in the shop today was Very rude. Only me in the shop so not exactly rushed. Assistant was rude throughout all the interaction with her. She tried to make me feel stupid. She was rude sarcastic patronising and unhelpful. Fortunately I was getting items on my daughters behalf so I dont have to go in again. During my visit I called my daughter who heard some of what occured and she was horrified.

The ladies ( all of them) really need a lesson in friendly customer service. My god they are so miserable not a smile in there. A big lack of different sizes in uniform despite schools just opened today . No would not recommend this place but you are forced to use them sadly.

TERRIBLE experience full stop!!! Using the right tone and language is just one aspect of great customer service. Sadly this is lacking. I know itβs a peak week for school wear shopping but remaining professional and polite seems to escaped the team and doing nothing for its reputation.

I was looking for to my visit after years at John Moore Sports for uniform with the bad quality however, this is worse! the customer service is terrible not much stock have to order in. Young girls trying on clothes in the store. I I had to pay for a top try it on in the street and return back in the store ! I hope things will improve but sadly I can't see it

Terrible service. Ordered a tailor made item and it hasn't turned up in two years. They wait until they have enough bespoke orders to use a large amount of material. Good job kids don't grow at all over the time this takes then?!?!? Given the cost of school uniform items they should be better at this. They also can't phone you to let you know anything has arrived as they don't have a working phone in the building. Saturday staff generally seem to be school kids themselves and not always super knowledgeable on items. Would not choose to go here if it wasn't for the fact that the uniform can't be bought anywhere else. Captive audience = no motivation for good service.
