   I was told "Full membership Enjoy unlimited access to most facilities including the gym, exercise classes, swimming pool and toning suites during programmed opening times. Customers must be 16 years+ to join as a member. " But the Gym closes daily for schools- there had been no mention of this prior to my joining I tried to cancel my membership- I had joined less than 24 hours earlier-- only to be told I was tied into a three month contract Scam!!!

   Avoid this place at all costs. The changing rooms are filthy and completely unfit for children — damp walls, mould everywhere, and freezing cold showers. No child should have to stand there shivering in November because the centre can’t provide basic warm water or hygiene. It’s actually shocking this place is still open.

   Codsall Leisure Centre is in a disgraceful state. The changing rooms are mould-infested, the toilets are filthy, and the sinks are dirty and neglected. The showers run ice cold — a clear sign that maintenance has been ignored for far too long.

   The changing facilities here are in an unacceptable condition — arguably the worst in Wolverhampton. The area is heavily affected by black mould and feels at least two decades out of date. During my 7-year-old daughter’s regular swimming lesson today, the showers were running completely cold, which was the final straw for me. It’s extremely disappointing that management has allowed the facilities to deteriorate to this extent. A complete refurbishment and proper oversight are long overdue — this place has become an embarrassment for Codsall.

   Went with my grandchildren this morning to fun swim which they thoroughly enjoyed but I have to comment on the changing rooms which are pretty disgusting, scum and limescale edge the room it smells quite nasty and a deep clean would not go amiss.

   Changing rooms & showers are an issue here, particularly in a post-Covid world. The smell in there is awful, the hand dryer emits a burning smell, the showers are grubby (and often too hot for little ones, and only last a few seconds when switched on). The gym recently had a great refit. The pool itself is fine, though it's a shame you can only spectate from the deep end as you can hardly see the kids in the shallow end.

   I've taken my girls here the past few weeks. Always clean and the lifeguards are friendly even offering the girls a float to help with me teaching them to swim. I'll certainly keep taking my girls here

   My son has swimming lessons here every Friday. He always has a good time and is progressing well. It's been nice and quiet for the last few months, as there is only one lesson per session (beginners), instead of the usual three (beginners, intermediate & advanced). I don't know why the other swimming groups are not taking place and I also don't know why my son's usual swimming instructor is no longer there, as I have not had any communication about this. The swimming portal has not been working for months, each time I click on the link, I get an error message, so I'm not able to see how my son is progressing through the badges, although he received a paper slip for his last badge. My son absolutely loves swimming and can't wait for Friday each week.

   Excellent for the primary objective of teaching my kids to swim, unfortunately you are very limited to when you can swim. The whole place could do with an injection of money, everything needs updating, and improving. Gym is very small. I guess it does the job though.

   Great pool. 25 metre. Can't comment on other facilities , not used them, the gym appears well equipped & they often have exercise groups on in the hall. Reception is well set out, seating & a refreshment machine. Timetables available from reception area, also details of membership packages. All info can be found online at the Codsall leisure centre website. The timetables for swimming are online too, & pricing. My only criticism is that opening times for swimming are a bit limiting, this is due to groups, over 50+ , ladies, family swim, and such. In term time the pool is used by the school so public use is more restricted. It is open evenings. Temperature always seems good to me. I love this pool as it's not too big. The showers are ok, but would benefit if updated I think. Lockers are available for £1 (returnable) there is a small viewing area too. Parking free.
