Not helpful in the retrieving of personal lost property at all, has a car accodent helpline as a contact number, no one answers on the fb page and website isn't working, definitely a scam / fraud company going on because if they were that helpful and good, this wouldn't be the case!

Hi gravity, last night your bouncer abused me and my friends including stubbing a cigarette out on my friends face and twisting the arm causing injury to my other friend which now provents her from working as she uses her hands for work. Clearly this is unacceptable. This was to do with asking about a coat - people should be able to communicate with staff without fear of being physically restrained over something that very obviously didn't call for it. He also used verbal slurs before trying to punch another member of the group. All after 1 question was asked which really did not warent this response. We were threatened. Bouncers role should be to keep people safe, not to act out at customers and use the force and slurs this man did. Bouncers should diffuse any situations that may occur, this one created one and made it violent. This bouncer initially forcibly removed a young woman without her posetions including phone and purse and coat into the street on her own, in the rain. How would you feel in this situation? We are all upset about this and its ruined what was otherwise a very enjoyable evening. I hope you will do better in the future - some people are more vulnerable than us and you have a duty to care for your customers.
Not a bad place to go, good music and staff, good seating. Only bad thing is no signage on the toilets which are upstairs, as a female I could quite easily have entered the gents, had I not been previously x
Good atmosphere. But you want to get a cleaner in there everything you touch and walk on is sticky I wouldn't even dance because my feet were stuck to the floor. Other than that nice place
An absolute dump, over £35 for a round of drinks where Isaac Newton was £7 cheaper. The toilets have cameras in them.... the toilets are disgusting. As a visitor to the area I will not be ever coming back. So local travellers if you're in the area just go to Isaac newtons the staff a nicer have and have game of darts.
