   ATM trying to return item to Victoria centre shop, guess what, I can't as there is no one in the shop who can do refunds! I gave to wait 1 hour while the appropriate person has their dinner break!. I'm not blaming the shop workers, but this is ridiculous. I now have to wait this hour, I only came to town to do this, not happy at all. Very poor service.

   Great staff, very helpful and passionate. We purchased an expensive coat in the sales in December,, unfortunately had to return the item 30 days later as the zip had broken. We managed to exchange and get upgraded version of the coat due to limited stock. Staff were helpful and happy to support. Thanks as it can be challenging assisting people with special needs such as autism. You've got a customer for life now.

   Do not get sleeping bags here.i tried buying one and was sold a childrens one even though i said it was for me (5'11.35 yr old man) had to return it and im still waiting for my refund.i did get an adults one whilst i got my refund.its too small ,its rated to -4 ,but im shivering at +2(weĺl was before the zip broke)unabel to zip it up with my arms inside.and only reaches my upper chest.the zip has just broken to so now im freezing.paid £46 was marked on a fake sale down from £65..im so angry its unreal.probably going to start legal action if i dont freeze to death

   A small store but had a great selection of ski clothes that i needed, Jake was extremely helpful and helped me with the sizing of the clothes, and what to look for, he even found some googles that i needed as well. Left with every i needed and felt very positive. Can't thank Jake enough for his help

   Absolutely terrible customer service, the man in the shop was extremely unhelpful rude, and did not offer any help or even ask if I required any help. I want to buy new waterproof trousers, a new jacket and boots, so was probably going to spend a good amount of money. However, I will never buy anything from a Trespass shop again and will spend my hard earned cash else where.
