   We started with an online chat to gather some information and decided to call into the store. Both Ihsaan and Leon were incredibly helpful and knowledgable and we bought a cardiostrong treadmill which hopefully gives me exactly what I’m looking for! The extra warranty gives great peace of mind and being able to see and talk to the guys and try out the treadmill was incredibly useful. Great service.

   Just had an excellent experience in the shop. Leon was very kind and helpful, and guided us through. Ended up buying the equipment we were looking for. If you want to buy exercise equipment, look no further. They have their own parking at the end of shop. 10/10.

   Went into the Nottingham Store on a Sunday afternoon to see which bikes/spin bikes they had a available. The staff were happy for us to sit on and try the bikes. We were first spoken to by Ken and then when we had a made a decision we were dealt with by Dominic who was very helpful. The bike we opted for wasn't in stock but we placed our order and it arrived 5 working days later. The bike was easier to assemble that I thought it would be and I am very happy with the bike and service recieved.

   Very poor quality products - see pics! Purchased as a gift so really annoyed. DPD driver left it outside in the damp too - didn't ring the bell or knock, just lent it against a wall. I can only assume it's a display model or 'second', although it wasn't advertised as that. Expected far better service than this Powerhouse. I've emailed a complaint via your website. Not a happy customer.
