   Ordered a new blazer from Arnold store, ordered same size as the last one had worn out, it came but label was a different make to the first one and was too small. So we'd paid £5 delivery, find out it's £5 to return and would be another £5 delivery for a replacement. So we thought OK, lets make the 25 mile trip to the store to exchange and try next size up, but no we can't because we phoned and they don't keep stock! Very annoying as not our fault. So now having to pay a total of £15 in delivery charges for something out of our control. The only free delivery option is to go to store, but the store only opens 10am to 3pm, so doesn't fit in with our working day. Lets hope this next size fits. Why oh why can't we just have an option to buy a badge to sew on and get a blazer elsewhere, that's how we used to do it to make it affordable.

   Not even worth 1 star, never open and when they are open they open late and close early, useless. Then they want 4.95 to deliver a tie when purchased on the website, it doesn't cost 4.95 to deliver a tie. Poor quality to go with it.

   Not cheap school wear, and after one wear (for half a day as my son is a new starter!) and one wash as instructed, the jumpers and polo shirts have gone bobbly. Waste of time and awful quality. Shop was also not open at convenient times for anyone with a job.

   I ordered school uniform for my daughter from here ,and am very dissatisfied with the fit of the uniform . As there are still no changing rooms ,which is wrong so long after covid restrictions have been lifted , they should have staff that at least know how to measure correctly. Unfortunately this shop has the monopoly, making it an expensive mistake that I can’t really afford . Hope schools start to take note that having to buy from here with no other choice is unacceptable in the current financial climate ,and offer parents more choices

   The service and staff deserve 5 stars, however, the method you go through in order to buy uniform is a bit ridiculous. I needed to get my son fitted so 1. Had to go to the shop to do a fitting. 2. Then go home and order online. 3. Then wait to be told order was ready. 4. Go back to the shop to collect. This is ridiculous, particularly in the weeks running up to the new school year. Surely they can carry a stock of off the shelf items to buy there and then, at least in July and August, or at least allow you to purchase at the shop when you do your fitting. Parents are a captive audience when it comes to school uniforms and this company truly knows it.

   Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish,, took my son to Arnold last week to be measured by a lovely lady, then only took two days before i could collect, the only thing not available was the pe shirt, but a lady called mandy delivered it personally has my boy was starting a new school, everything f8t perfectly, thank you xx

   Lovely girls .confused Old man looking for a taxi ,asking the girls who then ordered him a taxi even though they had a queue outside. Sorted my refund quickly . But closed bank Holiday the week before school starts not the the best
