Absolutely fantastic sales people, particularly John who was extremely helpful and kind as I was trying on new boots with great advice and tricks that I will be using as I hike in the future. Great boots and great service, very happy and I will definitely be back again next time I need some outdoor gear!

Excellent service in your Nottingham branch this morning. Really helpful member of staff helping myself and my friend purchase chase footwear and other products. He was so knowledgeable and clearly wanted to help us make the right decisions. Not pushy at all. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this store. I didn't know much about sleeping bags but the knowledgeable assistant soon sorted me out and I left happy knowing I'd got a good product at reduced price. Hope they change their mind about closing this branch down.
A brilliant variety of outdoor clothing. Although stock wise they only had what was on the shelves due to the sale. Good prices aswell because of this. Though there were plenty of staff, they were far too busy talking to eachother, gossiping about other employees and what happened at the weekend rather than greet customers upon entry, deal with any queries or drive customer service. Because of this we shopped elsewhere and found some better service and some cheaper deals too.
Went in to look at buying camping gas and nikwax but approached by a lady in the store that came and stud straight next to us asked if needed help replied no for her to come closer gazing in our bag we already had and just spoke in a rude manner. Which made me just grab the gas and pay and walk out. Man on till was friendly and kind. But as for the woman she was out of order and really upset my shopping experience!
