   We enjoyed our family stay at the cottage. The way the cottage is set up and furnished, with plenty of wood, was tasteful and made us feel comfortable from the start. The cottage is surrounded by green. Even though it was raining for substantial periods of time, we had a lovely stay, as the cottage is so pleasant and since there is so much to do in the wider area (National Trust sites, animal snctuaries, beach and so much more).

   I cannot recommend Holiday Host strongly enough. I had put our holiday home with a nationwide holiday lettings organisation and had had very poor results. I didn't feel that this was a concern to them and neither did they come up with suggestions to drive bookings. Even so I was very nervous about changing companies - thinking it was better the devil you know. However, I took the plunge and immediately I saw the difference. Annie and the team are very proactive and drove lettings straight away, and they were constantly making suggestions about how to increase them even more. It was a pleasure to work with Holiday Hosts and even in winter and early spring we were almost constantly booked up. With Annie and Holiday Host you will get a personal service with the team working flat out in your interests.

They are the most efficient, professional and caring property rental company that I’ve ever worked with in many years that I’ve been both renting and staying in properties. The HolidayHost team always go above and beyond and they work 24/seven. I’ve been very impressed by this company and the HolidayHost philosophy of service.

   We stayed in a beautiful location in Dittisham but your customer service really let the house down. Your colleague did try to rectify some of the problems, but dirty, damp laundry, holes in bedding, cold pool really was inadequate service. This property needs a deep clean you have clearly tried to cut costs. Josh informed us it cost £500 to heat the pool and if you weren’t going to heat it that should of been taken into account in the price We have left a review of air B and B but you have since removed the property, I presume you intend to relist the property without our review. Very poor and unprofessional company!

   We arrived to find our booked holiday home had been double booked at no fault of holiday host. Josh over the space of two hours worked his socks off. He then found us a wonderful upmarket let at no additional cost to ourselves, saving our holiday . Josh could not of been more helpful in what would or could have been a disaster .
