   I cannot thank Sue and Emily enough! I put my trust in them to look after and clean my wedding dress… something so special to me! I debated for ages whether to get it cleaned or not as I didn’t want to ruin it and not have this special reminder and keep sake from my wedding day. All I can say is I am SO glad I did put my trust in them because they did not disappoint!! The dress is now spotless, it came back to me beautifully boxed and I am over the moon with how clean and shiny it is! A beautiful keep sake I can now treasure forever. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Sue and Emily. I’ll be forever grateful. Xx

   I am very disappointed with the dry cleaning of my wedding suit jacket. I entrusted this business with an expensive and sentimental item, expecting it to be returned in excellent condition. Unfortunately, it came back very creased and crumpled. I am concerned it may not be restored to its original condition. I hope the business will address this and resolve the issue promptly, as the current result is unacceptable for a service advertised as professional.

   Took a suit, a shirt and some expensive trousers to be dry cleaned - the trousers looked awful but as they were between the shirt and the suit when I collected them I Didn’t realise until I got home. I decided to iron them myself. That’s when I noticed there were still marks on the trousers. I emailed the shop with photos. It wasn’t a cheap item at £7.60 I should have just washed them at home. If you use this company check your clothes on collection! 22/3/25 no response to email, not sure why I thought there would be! Also just looked at suit also shoddy finish !

   My daughter dropped a shop tester lipstick on 3 week old expensive padded long puffer pale green Coat and stained the front in bright red lipstick, Didn't hold much hope of it being removed . Took it to select . Lovely lady called Marie said they would do their very best but could not guarantee it could be removed . Had nothing to loose as coat would have to be scrapped if stain couldn't come out. Left it on Tuesday ...Wednesday afternoon a phone call from Marie to say the lipstick stain had been removed and the coat could be collected. So pleased and my daughter is chuffed to bits her new coat is saved Excellent service..and job well doneThank you so much Marie and the team .

   Wow! So I visit this store to use the laundry services, purely to put in two washes which were half hour cycles, bearing in mind it’s 4.20pm, the store closes at 5.00pm and the last wash is at 4.30pm but was still not allowed to use the machines. The lady on the desk even stated the last wash is at 4.30pm but felt it was important I knew she does not get paid past 5.00pm and she would need to clean the two machines after use! The lady wasn’t particularly unpleasant but clearly unwilling! Sadly, I won’t be returning anytime soon. So thankful for the revolution petrol station pop up laundry to save the day!!

   Shocking customer service from one of your staff members this morning. Husband took my sons suit in on Monday and manager could not print the ticket said it would be fine without one of the ladies would give us the suit. Went into to collect just to be greeted to a flat out no ticket no suit. Bearing in my I'm a woman and I'd have no desire to walk into a dry cleaners and pinch a suit what would I need one for? I tried to explain that the suit had been in the previous week we hadn't had any issues I just wanted my sons suit I could explain the suit down to a T if needed even had photos from my sons prom the week before with him wearing it. Had the person in question been bothered to go and check the suit she'd have found the ticket on the suit then been able to have thought that maybe they weren't given a ticket. This person wanted to be awkward from the get go refused to speak to my husband on the phone so he could explain he wasn't given the ticket. This person was rude, arrogant and sarcastic and seriously needs to brush up on her customer service skills! Safe to say we won't be using you again in the future.
