Let me start by saying that having used Rob a couple of times in the past, he is professional yet friendly, his work is of great quality and his pricing is reasonable. However, I have to say I'm disappointed, Rob that after waiting in all of yesterday morning for you to come over to provide a quote, you didn't show up, make any contact, or send any form of apology. I've unfortunately given the job to someone else now.
Robert came in to clean our carpets today, was very professional and friendly and gave great service. Originally only asked for him to do the carpets, but while he was here asked if he could also do our kitchen chairs and he was more than happy to accommodate the request. The carpets and the chairs had some very stubborn stains and marks on them that we had not been able to get out ourselves, but there is now no trace of them. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone locally. Thanks again!
Thank you to Robert! Fantastic service, quick, efficient and friendly. We claimed on our insurance for 3 seats to be cleaned and he cleaned the 4th seat for free. We were extremely and grateful of the outcome. Sofa looks brand new.

Delighted with the first-class results of Rob's work. Carpets, suite and curtains all look new. Getting the six sets of curtains cleaned was particularly helpful, as it saved me having to take them to the dry cleaners, which would have been a mammoth undertaking. Great value for money, especially if you take the full day's cleaning option.
I had Robert for the first time to do my large corner sofa ,2 seater sofa, cuddle chair and carpet and I can honestly say we have never had such a professional clean , having children and a extremely large dog out furniture gets a lot of stains ,marks etc so we have our furniture cleaned every 6 month and we have never had such a brilliant finish ,it is like new and we have never had that with other cleaners truly the best we have ever had so we highly recommend him. We would never go with another cleaner after the results. Amazing xx
