   My experience with Partou has been very disappointing. I was told there was availability for a Wednesday place, so I promptly registered my children and paid the £75 non-refundable registration fee. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the Wednesday place was no longer available. Which was frustrating but I was completely understanding I emailed the manager several times to request a refund, as I had only paid the fee based on the understanding that the Wednesday space was confirmed. All of those emails were ignored. Despite not responding to any of my questions or concerns, the manager did contact me when an invoice was mistakenly sent out. This message was replied to immediately — but again, none of my emails about the refund were acknowledged. It felt as though communication only happened when it suited them, and not when I raised legitimate issues. I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism and transparency, especially after paying in good faith and trying repeatedly to resolve the matter politely. I would strongly advise other parents to ensure that they receive written confirmation of session availability before paying any fees.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Nursery – Truly Inclusive and Exceptional Care Partou Arnold is an absolutely incredible nursery, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you can see how much thought and care goes into everything they do. The setting is always clean, bright, and beautifully organized. Every area has a clear purpose, from inviting reading corners to creative art stations and stimulating sensory play zones. It’s a place where children feel safe, engaged, and truly happy to learn. What makes Partou Arnold stand out even more is its inclusive approach. This isn’t just a nursery for “typical” children—it’s a supportive, understanding environment for children with additional needs, SEN, or any extra challenges. The staff are trained, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping every child thrive at their own pace. They adapt learning to meet individual needs, all while following a rich, play-based curriculum that encourages curiosity, confidence, and independence. When my son first started at age 2, he was almost entirely non-verbal. Fast forward two years, and the transformation is remarkable. He now speaks confidently, forms long sentences, and expresses himself with such joy—and I truly credit the team here for that progress. Their speech and language support, constant encouragement, and structured activities made all the difference. Every day, the nursery radiates love, care, and positivity. The staff know every child, their quirks and strengths, and make them feel valued and understood. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them; it’s a calling. If you want a nursery that combines a clean, professional environment with warmth, inclusivity, and an outstanding curriculum, Partou Arnold is the place. They’ve given my son the best possible start in life, and I’ll always be grateful to each and every one of them.

   Fantastic nursery that caters to all childrens' needs. My son has SEN needs and is incredibly well supported. Children will be children, we've all been there, but communication and actions taken by the nursery are outstanding. I couldn'y be happier knowing that my son is in a safe, well cared for environment with a staff team that really care. I highly recommend Partou Arnold as a current parent.

   Partou team are very friendly, kindly, lovely and they take care of the kids very well. I don’t have any complaint about the nursery. Team at room 2-3years that is my son's room, I have to appreciate the work that they have been doing for my son. He loves you all ♥️

   My little boy has been attending Leo’s since January. The staff made his settling in very easy and really paid attention to my son. Communication is great I know what my son has been doing and eating. After coming back from lockdown again the staff were amazing communicating if he had had a good day etc. My son loves coming to Leo’s and has come on leaps and bounds since moving into preschool his speech and language is getting better everyday. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. I know that my child loves a going to nursery as he is always laughing and smiling telling me he is excited when we arrive.

   Leo's has a great atmosphere and all the children have a great time. Leo's Den clubs also have fantastic activities on offer, makes me wish I was a kid again!
