love primark but dont like the hello kitty eyelash curler it just cut off my lashes if you want good looking lashes you might aswell use a spoon instead of that eyelash curler because it is horrible save your lashes dont buy it and this primark is too overstimulating if you dont want to melt, just go to h&m or next instead.
I’ve just shopped in Primark Bexleyheath I bought my clothes and products. I wanted to buy. I paid for everything had the receipt in my bag went to walk out and a big fat security man grabbed me fiercely shouting at me and so I was shouting back telling them that I’ve paid for everything you can’t go into a shop And treat customers like this accusing them of not paying for the goods. It is very unprofessional. You’ve got CCTV use it. ! I will be taking further action against this security guy. It’s completely unprofessional and should not be handling women in this way shape or form.!
Primark Bexleyheath, nice clean, well layout shop. Christmas item are now out. Knitted Christmas hat £5. Staff busy filling shelfs. There is also a lift in this store. Was served by a very happy and helpful member of staff called Ritu. She is a very good ambassador for the company.
The staff are friendly, and the stock levels are usually good. That said, the changing rooms need hooks! That's a given.
The baby boy section upstairs was already very small and under stocked. I stopped coming here because of this. Now there is less stock and most of the items out was reduced and now is full price. On the other hand the baby girl section has and always will be fully stocked. Mmmmmmm
They have problems at the moment with their tills took over an hour to queue and try to pay by card. Which actually authorised and left my account but because their system didn't print a receipt the manager refused to give me my goods. So stressful. I literally could prove that the money had left my account. So I left with no goods and no money to buy any more goods I needed today because they had took my money. They kept saying it would be pending and then return to my card. So I was expected to return to the shop in a few days to see if their system had updated and I could then have my goods? I just left the goods there and contacted my bank the money had cleared transaction had approved and they are now raising a dispute to cancel and get my money refunded but I have to now wait for this money. Disgusting and poor customer service.
I love primark but find it hit and miss for products, but I do find this one is the most organised and its easy to find what your looking for if they have it. And staff are very helpful.
Rarely shop here but browsed the "sale" & was pleasantly surprised at price & quality. Clean, tidy with friendly staff
When a customer comes in to do an exchange/return, I cannot understand why I would be forced to refund the full amount back to my card and then make another card payment for the good that could easily been exchanged. Don't do that to customers, some people may not have the funds and expected to exchange
Always interesting and good value. Went to Bexleyheath one, plenty to see, did get very busy. Did feel a little claustrophobic. All women's wear on ground floor, easy wheelchair access.
