The staff are so so polite and helpful, couldnt ask for anything more. Good reasonable pricing as well and comfy seats that are well maintained. Only ask for it to be a little louder and side lights down sooner. However thats nit picking, staff are top notch.
As far as cinemas go in Cornwall this is a great. The screens are spacious and sloped so you can always see the screen no matter where you sit. If you’re in screen 1, I recommend isle D. Screen is large. Seats are a tad uncomfortable but it’s ok for a film. Cheap tickets £8.50
Loved our visit to see Superman. The cinema is just great and the staff so welcoming.
Well equipped "little" local cinema, adequate sized screen, comfortable seats, friendly staff and well utilised. One major drawback is that you have to climb 3 staircases so anyone with walking issues will find it difficult to attend as NO LIFT.
I really wish there were more cinemas like this. The size of the theatre and comfort of the seats gives you an almost VIP feel about it. The staff are excellent also

I have given this place 5 star due to the fact. The staff are really lovely & helpful. The place is always kept Tidy & clean. There r 2 viewing theatres. It is a small cinema so no huge panoramic screen. It feels cosy. And we r very pleased we have our own Cinema in Helston, even if it is fairly small. Thank you!
Nice cinema however seats extremely uncomfortable. I suffer from back and legs problem and during the all film I was in agony . Not enough room to stretch the legs . ( I cannot keep my legs bent for too long and the seats were hurting my back . But beside that it's a good cinema with great staff . Please upgrade your seats
