I have worked with Kit & Carol and their workshops for many years. Their sessions are incredibly worthwhile and very memorable. They are both very talented in what they do and are passionate about it. Their sessions are full of laughter as well as useful techniques and tips to help the newly qualified dentist and the more experienced dentist. The session on personality styles is particularly fascinating.
Have used this group for lectures to health care professionals for some years. Always a great day with lots of fun and information. Will continue to use and would recommend.
Carol and Kit have an amazing ability to hold the attention of a full room for an entire day. They kindly provided a training day on communication skills yesterday for my Foundation Dentists. I thoroughly enjoyed this session in Exeter for the newly qualified Devon Dentists. It was a bundle of laughs but there was still a strong, take-home learning aspect which I feel will help my future career for those difficult scenarios!
