Dont buy!! Terrible service, in fact, no service at all!!! Paid for the bottle warmer and the adaptors in January 2023 and still waiting (July 2023). You cant reach out costumer service they just dont get back to youf
Don't waste your money! This product worked for 3 months and broke. And it's expensive. I wanted to get help from the company because it's ridiculous to pay money for products that have not worked for half a year. The customer service simply ignores my letters. Nobody gives me an answer to my problem.
Ordered bottle warmer + adapters in December 2021, still haven't received anything (March 16th, 2022). Can't really grade the quality of the products, but the service is bad. Even though Nupeaa chooses which logistics company it partners up with, they still think it's solely the customer's risk whether the products arrive at the destination even though the customer cannot influence this process. Refund requests are simply denied and Nupeaa says they "have done everything they could" to try to help me so they no longer care that I paid them for products that I never received. Would not order again.
Just recived Bottle Warmer Active and i just love it.It took a little longer to get it but i'm glad i bought it.
Very slow delivery (item still not received in December despite being due for delivery in October), stung for customs charges now it’s finally made it’s way from the UK to Ireland. Product will be redundant by the time we finally receive it.
Ordered from Nupeaa in October, it was delayed due to their stock but I really appreciated Dee sending regular updates and now that we've recieved our order I'm glad I ordered. Love the products and will highly recommend.
