Tai Chi is wonderful for relaxation , general body awareness and balance.The moves can be deceptively easy but you can also put alot in to them. I have done Tai Chi with John when relatively fit and after a major illness. He has a flexible , calm approach and lots of experience.
John is very experienced in all aspects of Wushu. His Tai Classes are relaxed and informative, putting the student at ease and providing a comfortable and effective learning environment.
John is a terrific teacher - patient, thoughtful, giving lots of information. We've been taking his classes for years and we love them!
