   Update!! Find attached the proof of invoice of the smartphone they told me it was "damaged", sold at a Cash Generator, same day, NO FAULTS FOUND, SOLD Successfully. Simply showing that what they said was nothing but rubbish, and I wonder how many people have went through the same situation with this store... AVOID AVOID AVOID In a middle of a living crisis you want the best value for your items right ? This is the last shop you want to go in order to achieve that: tried to sell a smartphone, not problems with it, they make an initial offer, and then take it to their "special machine". Perfectly new phone apparently had a crack that only the machine can see lol. Toke it to CEX in Walsall, same "machine" apparently, they bought the phone for £25 more on top of their offer, no cracks detected . Today, 14 March 2023, 1445h, toke another device, checked independently prior to go to the store( because I already know the song and dance) and once again the machine "detects" a fault that only the machine can see apparently. Don't bother to even negotiate, staff are condescending and overall seems untrained. Travel 1.5 miles up the road, there is a Cash Generator and a CEX, bigger facilities, they take more items and overall give you a better price and the service you deserve.

   A great store and the staff are brilliant, over the last two years I have purchased gaming equipment for my children, who often break stuff as kids do, but they honour Every warranty to the letter either with repair or ' a like for like replacement '. Real people! Who try to help with deals ! At the West bromwich depot ,Adam has gone over and above for me ,regarding customer service..My family always ask for him to do our business and I highly recommend ! ask for him.

   Good service but prices offered for buy back items is very low considering the value of the items you are putting in on a buy back deal Also the interest is very high considering your item is only in the shop for a reliventley short period. Friendly service couldn't ask for anything better. I saw review on Facebook the other day saying that cash converters was encouraging people to sell their things to buy drugs!!??? I thought what a ridiculous comment! My self am on benefits due to ill health, When I have unexpected bills coming through the benefits agency or not going to borrow me money so cash converters are very useful in situations like that Keep it up cash converters you provide a well needed service the people who are on low income Thanks again, Darren Cartwright

   The staff in-store are very professional and friendly, the customer service is second to none and they will go the extra mile for you. I have never had a problem with any electronic goods I have bought and sold, always of a good standard and the gradings of mobile phones in particular is always very honest..

   Brought a phone a while ago and accidentally dropped it and the screen smashed. Took it back to the shop first with my receipt and the tech guy said he could replace the screen for me. The price was affordable and the job was done brilliantly and only took a week. Would definitely use again.
