I normally get great service in this store, but the last who served us today was so rude, not smiling, slamming products we were buying down. I work in retail and I would get a warning if I served like that.
Free parking, cheap price but good stuff. Found the grabber stick for £1.79 so valued the money. Thank you
Staff were really friendly and helpful. One member of staff in particular went out of her way to help me to find a kite. Wish I had her name so I could mention her personally.
I tried to enter the store at 10;15am Sunday 22nd Jan 2023 , but was told by a staff member they do not open until 10:30am. The opening times state 10am. This just poses nothing but confusion and nerves for next time visiting. I believe it is 10am and I would have the rather the staff member have been honest and simply state they were running late then to try pretend the opening times are different to the website or the times in the window
Collection is ok ... Staff is under trained... BEWARE - THEY DONT AMEX just in case if it helps .. enjoy your shopping... Below average collection for gifting to far off relatives and very distant friends
Great variety of stock in the store itself. Very clean. Helpful friendly staff. Good pricing of things. Very big, wide aisle shop so you don't feel claustrophobic at all. Just one of the best homebargains to visit and situated on a great shopping complex/retail park
I love this store!!! It has absolutely everything!!! A bit like a b&m but you can find some nicer products for a bargain price. I bought some pompass grass from here, great quality, usually they go for alot more online but I found it for only £1.99 for 3 strands. I also bought a whicker basket and some other household things.
