   We pop in here for oddments when shopping in Halesowen. My husband likes the fruit tea cakes which are often reduced as they're close dated. Perfect for the freezer though!!

   What is it with staff who I get served by at this Heron Foods (Walsall), they seem to not av a polite manner or smile, I went in other day & I asked for a certain product cuz cud not find it and I asked one ov ur workers politely can u tell me where I'd find the product, she turned around and said right over there, never thought to take me over and show me just the words was over there, how disrespectful. And today went in again cuz I'd forgotten what I missed off my shopping list other day, got served by a girl she never charged for the bag I ad for my shopping then when I come to give her money she gave me change bk by slamming it in my hand. SORT YA STAFF OUT HERON FOODS WALSALL.

   Typical Heron Foods with good prices and a nice range of products. Often large slow moving queues at the checkouts which always makes me look at my basket and weigh up whether it's worth the wait time.

   First of all the smell in the shop is atrocious as soon as you walk in. Secondly the security guard follows people very closely which makes them very uncomfortable, and lastly till area is rammed. Best to avoid
