   Today me and my mother went into the store. There's cages everywhere. When my mom used to work for the company years ago she and her colleagues had to bring one cage out at a time. She can't believe that the Manager and Supervisors are slacking.

   I love homebargains. The prices are always reasonable and the staff always friendly and efficient. Especially a young lady with long dark hair she was extremely helpful finding the products I needed. It's nice to have people to take the time to help you out when it's a busy store

   Update: Saturday 24/2/24...am I ALWAYS unlucky to get the conveyor belt that doesn't move?! Maybe it's more than one till. I hope it's sorted soon though as it's very frustrating, I imagine it is for staff too. Stock levels are always very random so you can't guarantee getting what you want although prices are good. Be aware that Saturday parking can be difficult depending on what time you go, but parking is free. Apparently, they only have 5 or 6 trolleys so if you need something heavy or lots of things maybe use a different store. EDIT: Since posting this review they've had a delivery of trolleys so that's much better now.

   Great store, lots of choice of products. When I visited a very helpful member of staff saw I was looking for something and immediately approached me asking what I was looking for and took me to where it was, I think he was the manager. Really friendly and helpful even though he was clearly busy. Paying at the checkout was speedy even though it was a Saturday morning and plenty of customers, queues were short.

   I went in today for the blue Christmas tree they have. Unfortunately there was non in stock but the lady at the check out asked if I'd asked the manager about the one on display. So I did and he was so helpful got another one of his staff members to take the one off display for me. At may I add a reduced cost. Bloxwich homebargains staff are some of the best I've come across. I highly recommend the store to anyone. They honesty always go above and beyond for their customers Thank you for today xx

   Good shop experience with all products displayed in a costumer's friendly set out. Use it regularly and despite being a bit busy at pick times the check outs are always done relatively fast, mostly due to well trained staff. Recommended
