   Plenty of stock but not enough staff on the shop floor and even when you find one they don’t know where things are any better than the customers do. When I finally tracked down a staff member I asked for dishwasher salt. He took me to the end of a long aisle, pointed, and said ‘it should be down there on the right.’ Then he walked off. It wasn’t anywhere in that aisle. Some people are not fit or mobile enough or don’t have the time to spend half an hour walking around the store trying to find an item. Poor customer service.

   Visit your store a few times a week as we live local and our son loves a walk around, today a manager tried to treat us like an employee when at the till telling us to puts something back on the shelf as they couldn’t scan it as no barcode on it, we have an autistic son so taking it back to the fridge aisle would have meant walking back round the store, she was rude and kept pushing it back to us saying it’s fresh it needs to go back in fridge, I explained we wasn’t an employee which she responded o wow u can’t take it back for me. She said this a few times being rude and rolling her eyes. She then left the till leaving a queue of people while saying stuff about us. I asked a lovely young lady on the next check out if she could get her manager which she responded that is the manager her name is Cora. I myself am a part of management in an establishment close to this bnm, if Cora was having a bad day she should not be treating customers this way it’s not our fault, if she speaks to customers in this way imagine how she speaks to employees. The customers behind us was gob smacked at how we were treated even after I said it can’t go back on the shelf without a barcode if you can’t sell it to us then why do u need us to put it back on the shelf? I have never seen this member of staff before and I hope she feels sorry for the way we were treated.

   A good store. Much bigger than it looks from outside. A huge range of items from all categories, and generally good prices. I got paint, fillers and silicone seal. Till have queues sometimes but they move fast.

   BM is a good place for good value but like u cannot find anything there any more since they changed everything and staff also sometimes cannot be bothered to help great customer services always there for customers does not matter if u on tills or shop floor you should take time to make sure customers are happy and they able to find what they are looking for

   Lovely big store always managed to get what I wanted expected this day, went straight, where I would have thought it would be garden place but could see it asked a member of staff would said it's in size store DIY department could see it so asked a member staff inside store told me it keep in the garden department after half and asking more staff I gave up and got what I wanted from different shop.

   Me and my cousin caron enjoyed it here we done some shopping and we got some wall paper samples for when I help her decorating her living room and kitchen thank you to all the staff for being really helpful when asking them where items was in the isles they was so nice to us both

   5th November,went here today cost me more than I bargained for as ruined my new black trousers and my grey jacket as I picked up some bleach and the bottle was either damaged or opened and it splashed all over my clothes,absolutely ruined them and I am fuming. This is the last time I shop at this poxy shop.

   Went here to buy dog treats,found some sushi for dogs ,absolutely disgusting, all rotten and got my dog sick . The email and web page stated on this products don't exist and can not be contacted . I will never visit your store again.
