   Went into the store to get a gift voucher for ten pounds and was served by a lovely Asian lady. She had a little trouble on the till. So rang a bell for assistance. A young female walked to towards the till asking in a loud voice. What do you want?. Then shouted at her how long have you worked here?. I have been a manager for many years in retail and I was appalled what I witnessed. This member of staff in my opinion should be disciplined or dismissed. A lady who was behind me in the queue could not believe it either. You have such good reviews but this really does let your store down..

   I visited the store and was helped by a lovely Asian lady who helped me find everything I needed, as sometimes it's easy to miss stuff! I went in for a few different supplements for me and my parents. I was served by Charlotte on the till, who delivers exceptional customer service, extremely pleasant. I'd recommend this friendly branch anytime.
