   I recently visited this Burger King and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Classic Whopper meal and it was exactly as I like it, flame-grilled charred flavour, the salad was crisp rather than soggy, and the fries were served hot. What really stood out was the service. Despite it being a busy christmas period, the staff were friendly, professional, and quick. I was greeted with a genuine smile, and the manager was clearly on top of things, ensuring every order was accurate and the restaurant stayed tidy. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention in a fast-food environment and the cleanliness of the dining area, well-maintained tables, floors, and condiment station. I'll definitely will be going back.

   Went in today and Kelvin was quick to help. I was paying cash and didn't know how to use the machines. He quick came out and came to help me order. The food was fast and tasty and the seating area was clean. I can't recommend this burger king enough with all it's friendly staff.

   Honestly, Burger King was better than expected. The Whopper didn’t fall apart like most things in my life, so that was a nice change. Fries were warm, not cosmic adventure warm, but I’ll take what I can get. It’s nice to have something reliable, even if it’s just a burger chain. Reliable isn’t really my strong suit… ask literally anyone. —Jerry S.

   I saw BK on my way through the mall and the thought of a decent burger appealed to me. It had been a while since visiting a BK as I had decided I was fed up of the one in town as it's used as a delivery hub and so always slow. I was pleased with my tasty meal. It was a £4.99 deal with a burger, chips, drink and some spicy chicken. I upgraded the fried to dirty ones for £1.50. So I got a tasty load of food for about £7.50. Was it healthy, or even hot and very fresh? Not especially. But was it decent enough I enjoyed it. Was a it a load of tasty "food" for well under £10, served quickly? Yes, it was. It was just good to see a different menu and to see a chain trying different stuff. I probably won't make a habit of it as I shouldn't imagine any of my organs would thank me for it. But what I ordered I got to sit in a nice quiet space and enjoy.

   Ordered vegan burger and was served meat, not until i took bite did i realise. They did offer to cook but i declined as my group were finishing their meals, got refund for murger only when bought 2 meals. Second visit and both times they messed up

   Food was ok but no way near as good as MacDonald's. As for the staff it was made quite clear that there was a staff shortage and the management had to work, If he doesn't like working there maybe he should find a job somewhere else. I only went in to save cooking when getting home. But I will definitely not be going back.

   A nice lil burger king...cam get busy and and seating can be an issue. Staff need to clean the seating areas more often and the drinks area. Ideal for a quick bite to eat when desperate.

   Visited today at 14.30 and got to say won’t be going back any time soon! Where do i start? The food was dry, ordered a bacon double cheeseburger XL at over £9 and had to add ketchup, 6 chicken nuggets should have come with a dip, no dip. Drinks, 1 drinks machine out of order the other 60% of drinks not available so it was Fanta, Sprite or Diet Coke. No lids for the cups and we were taking away so had to walk through the Mall with an open drink. Staff were poor, Manager with a beard net under his chin and extremely rude to his staff. Could clearly see the girl was working on an order filling the chip bags up but still asked her to move out the way so he could put some containers under on the shelves. She would have been finished in 5 seconds. Customer behind us waiting to order, no one cared he was stood waiting including said Manager who, once moving the girl out the way walked across the counter and didn’t even acknowledge the customer was there. Won’t be going back there in a hurry!

   The plant based burgers are fantastic, I can't get enough of them! They have a choice of plant base whooper or the plant Royal (like the chicken royal). Burgers on their own were just under £6, or just under £8 for the meal (chips and drink). The staff were friendly and helpful and I got served pretty quickly, I didn't have to wait long for my order, which given its fast food it definitely felt like that here! If you're looking for a quick bite to eat on the go and fancy a burger, then I highly recommend this place. Never disappoints!
