First time getting a piercing, I was feeling a bit anxious. Hannah put me at ease straight away, she was friendly, understanding, and explained everything that she was going to do beforehand. The studio was very clean, hygenic and welcoming. I was able to ask questions, which Hannah happily answered, I didn't feel rushed. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Most of the piercings I still have were done by Hannah. I’ve never had one of hers go wrong. She’s really helpful & professional and her studio is always immaculately clean, I trust her 100% to do a hygienic piercing and to place it exactly how I want it. She’s always happy to help if you need advice or if you’re having issues with any piercings, and her prices are very reasonable, especially considering the level of customer service and aftercare you’ll get. Onyx will always be my choice for piercings and I absolutely recommend you all go there too, cos Hannah is just the best :)

I've known Hannah for years, from before she opened Onyx. This place is clearly a labour of love, from the branding to the piercing room to the displays to the actual jewellery options. It's all wonderful. I regularly recommend Hannah and Onyx to my friends/clients in that part of the country
I’ve now been pierced by both Matt and Hannah and they’re both such lovely and professional people! That’s not to mention their skill and knowledge, both of which are exceptional. They know what they’re talking about and I trust them with my piercings and trust their judgement as well. Today I had an ear piercing with Matt and we chatted away like we were just old friends! He also kept me thoroughly informed as to what he was doing and why, just as Hannah did some ~4 years ago when she pierced my philtrum. They’re a judgement free zone and are excellent piercers and people. Don’t hesitate to get piercings from either or both of them! I’ll be back for more piercings myself!
