Got two new ear piercings three weeks ago - both healing really nicely. Gemma was so friendly and offered a last minute appointment which was really appreciated! Will be coming back :)
Had my 1st Tattoo done here this week. 5* experience from start to finish. Gemma took the idea and my feedback to create the perfect tattoo design. Upon arrival I felt relaxed and knew I had picked the right place. Tattoo was executed as designed but looks even better on skin and I could not be happier. Already planning a thigh sleeve and I couldn't imagine using or trusting anyone else. Thanks again!
Gem has done 5 tattoos of mine so far 2 was cover ups and they are amazing! She goes above to make sure she gets exactly what you want. I'm not the best at handling the pain but she puts you at ease and let's you be you. I'm definitely going back for more

Positives ...Very friendly and puts you at ease Negatives .....jewellery tops come off soon after piercings and end up having to get repierced again as they heal quickly Gemma doesn't take phone calls just text messages and in my experienced very rarely answers difficult to get booked in or to resolve any issues Skill level questionable had a piercing inappropriately placed and incorrect jewellery put in ended up piercing very easily torn out of skin accidentally......more experienced piercer advised this to me Tragus done on the very edge of the skin I touched it and the whole jewellery fell out in my hand leaving damage to the tragus so there's a piece of skin missing permanently Had a tooth gem ....lost it a few days later I have raised these issues but piercer doesn't answer and takes no accountability for their work .gamma says she's so busy not her fault she can't answe messages ! .....Great well stop taking money and sort out ypur clients with issues in a timely manner...not taking months to try and resolve . He work wheres there an issue was done 3 plus months ago and im still battling to get a resolution. Now at the point of going through consumer rights to try and get the money back as this piercer is not professional enough to deal with this sadly# RESPONSE TO OWNERS BS unfortunately no gemma you have done nothing to help no appointment offered as you said you were too busy doing other clients ! i dont call you because u never answer i always text but never get a reply .....sterile ? your room is not sterile thats like an operating theatre you have an autoclave and antibacterial spray for surfaces which are not sterile , u can reply to text messages choose not to. i had piercings done by u in quick succession and problems with tragus and cristina followed some time after initial problems that i returned back for and had other piercings and tops put back on , also had to have piercings repierced as they closed up due to balls coming off and jewellery coming out, encountering more pain . Distance ive messaged to come back for you to sort issues even though i live at a distance YOU DO NOT REPLY !!!!!!!! letter is in the post today deal with your poor workmanship in the timeframe given or county court eminant your aftercare is a joke all about taking more money , letter comin .....unprofessional unhelpful im disgusted in you. letter on way if no help then county court imminent

Me and my mate got matching ankle tats and it's was honestly so painless and she was amazing, we'll definitely go back for more. Would recommend her to anyone
