   On 18th of November I went on Well Pharmacy Plymouth Torridge Way and was told that my private prescription is going to be due in a couple of days so I paid for it and I went back on Friday 21st and only 1 medicine was ready to collect and I was told to come back next week then in a couple of days and that was until yesterday 2nd of December when I was told that the medicine that I was waiting is discontinued and I couldn't have my prescription back because I had one of the medicines already so they would give me a refund but not my prescription. A delay on my treatment and chase the doctor for another prescription that's all I got from them.

   ANSWER THE PHONE- THREE HOURS CALLING! Stroppy arrogant pharmacist, and I would assume that leading by example would be prudent? Customers are warned by notices that staff deserve respect at all times. It would appear that customers (who in retrospect pay their wage) don’t get any, and are subject to mild abuse, there are other pharmacies that are available. “If you have to be anything, be kind” 12/11/24

   An absoloutly appalling pharmacy! I was left without vital long term medication for three days due to their lack of effort and disorganisation. Staff have a poor attitude and unwillingness to help. A complaint has been made through well customer services who were also in agreement that my situation shouldn’t have happened. I’ve now took my yearly prescription to a different well pharmacy in the city who were shocked when I explained all of the problems I had had and they dispensed my medication there and then without making me feel like an inconvenience. If you can avoid using this pharmacy, I would at all costs.

   Only one member of staff smiles or greets you. General poor service - very often haven't got basic meds - very concerning if you need antibiotic quickly. Recently I was ill and practice sent prescription at 11.20. A friend went to collect it and was told they hadn't had it. She came back to me and I gave her screenshot with bar code. Surprise, surprise the assistant then checked the system (she hadn't bothered before) and they had received it but didn't have meds - it was Dioralyte and every chemist will stock this. Some of the staff need to go to Charm School. Lady with longish dark hair is lovely though

   Gone to ask for a pharmacist consult twice in the last two years. Both times not actually seen anyone properly and been fobbed off, once was for my young lad. The counter staff have always seemed nice enough however when doing normal pickups etc.

   I have never met more miserable staff anywhere in Plymouth how do they still have a job you are are lucky if you get an acknowledgement from anyone when you enter unfriendly unhelpful just awful

   Never have your prescriptions in even though your gp says it will be ready on the day and they are absolutely useless at answering the phone. I've needed an inhaler that is quite crucial for the last few days and they still haven't got it in. Never seen a pharmacy so useless.

   The service at this pharmacy has always been inefficient and poor but today having had a wisdom tooth extracted and despite having 5 staff on duty, I had to queue behind 9 other customers and when I was served I was advised there was an hour wait. Surely it would have been better to have let us know whilst we waiting to be served and then we could make an informed decision as to whether we were able to wait. Inconsiderate service for dealing with poorly customers; this just endorsed my decision to amend my nominated pharmacy.
