   My sister was treated appallingly by the pharmacist Mary Jane. She spoke to her in such a disgusting manner (overheard by my sister colleagues) that she then had an anxiety attack resulting in missing a day and a half of work. Her actions caused my sister missed a dose of her medication and struggle to get it the next day, additionally she broke gdpr regulations by sharing confidential information with our mum the next day. Absolutely shocking behaviour. She will be writing a complaint to management and reporting to the general pharmaceutical council when she's well enough.

   I normally like going into a boots pharmacy because they are normally helpful but this one is a disgrace I walked in for some painkillers there was 3 members of staff in the back yapping the one closest to me must have known I was standing there I was shuffling around so she would look up when she finally did she said is someone serving you she new full dame nobody was cos they where all to busy yapping .

   I visited this morning 10/09/2022 to pick up a prescription for my mum. I was first in the store but was ignored by the member of staff, who went straight to the guy behind me to give him his daily fix of methadone. I questioned this, so another member of staff came out with a face like thunder to serve me. Why should people like this get preferential treatment, its shocking! I have always praised this chemists and the people who work there, but not today. It has gone down in my estimation after my experience today. Very disappointing.

   This service is completely bad the blonde lady behind the counter is completely rude and abrupt. She is unhelpful and trys to hurry you up so she can go back to talking to her colleagues. She clearly dosnt like her job or the general public. She belittles you and makes you feel like tour wasting there time when they are there to provide a service that people need it. I think its time for a new career...

   My partner picked up my prescription today , as I have had negative experiences in here , the lady behind the counter was extremely rude to him not for the first time either. Absolutely disgraceful service and very unhelpful will be using services elsewhere from now on .

   It was really awful experience today , me and my little daughter waiting outside until they are allowed 2 people come in , we are going to inside the pharmacy to collect the medicine for my daughter, one lady said won’t be long , please wait to outside, after 10 minutes I asked if not ready I can come back half hour or later, she said no need that long , we still waiting outside there have no body outside, the only thing is really hot today 24degrees today at 4:30pm and my daughter not feeling well, we going to inside ask again, the lady said, can you wait for outside please? I said : is really hot outside, we are waiting for 10-15 minutes outside already, if you are not ready I come back , I live only walk 2 minutes to the pharmacy. that lady was not helpful and discriminate .

   Awful pharmacy for picking up prescriptions with zero care for urgency. I was forced to ask my surgery to put the prescription through as an emergency due to how long it was taking to be processed, however it was yet again not ready on the new collection date with me being asked to come back the following morning. When returning the next day I was rudely told to come back in a few hours. This pharmacy is only at the bottom of my road, however I'll be moving to another much further away, and I'd recommend anyone else to do the same.
